We are pleased to announce the new Icom IC-F25SR licence-free radio. The IC-F25SR replaces the IC-F22SR and keeps the simplicity and functionality that made the original so popular but with unbeatable improvements.
There are some excellent changes the new IC-F25SR is lighter only weighting 300gms ,it is smaller 53x195x38mm also the battery life has been improved with a massive 2000maH Lithium-Ion battery giving you 26.5 hours of operating time. It has a sronger construction built to Mil Std C,D & E to withstand rigorous usage.
The IC-22SR now comes as standard with a rapid drop in charger.For the security conscious there are 2-types of optional voice scrambler units available giving advanced security when required. Two types of optional voice scramblers are available for the IC-F25SR to provide the user/organisation with secure communications. They are the UT-109 (Non-rolling type) and the UT-110 (Rolling type) voice scrambler. Smart ringer The IC-F25SR features an answer-back function that checks whether the receiver is within the communication range by emitting a ringer sound.
