It includes all the features of the T3 with the added benefits of a rechargeable battery, backlit LCD, room monitor and an accessory connector, enabling hands-free communications. There is also no need to worry about keeping the T5 radio’s charged when you’re out and about because they can be charged using the optional 12v charger.
