Package Inclusions
- Inclusive 500MB of data per month per SIM will you in excess of 108 hours of transmit receive time on YouPoC (typical usage profile).
- Inclusive calls to 10 nominated company landlines and company mobiles. Free calls for the first 60mins of each call, 10ppm thereafter.
- Calls to UK landlines starting 01,02,03 free for the first 60mins of each call, 10ppm thereafter.
- Fixed IP SIM with Private APN access & routing, offering optimized PTT service delivery.
- Remaining Shared GSM Voice Minutes roll over for 1 month.
- 50 inclusive free texts per user.
- The first PC dispatcher position ordered in the fleet includes a fleet administration account to manage the fleet online over the air.
Building your Fleet of YouPoC Users
- A YouPoC fleet of users can be built up of a mixture of data only YouPoC handsets and YouPoC GSM enabled handsets. Data only YouPoC handset sims have no GSM capabilities and no SMS capabilities. YouPoC services on these devices are available everywhere there is Vodafone GPRS coverage. NOTE: It is NOT possible to switch on GSM and SMS functionality on YES Telecom supplied data only YouPoC handsets. If it is envisaged that these features will be needed, then it is advisable to order a GSM enabled handset for that user from the start of the contract. GSM enabled YouPoC handsets can use minutes from the shared GSM bundle and are SMS enabled.
- There is a minimum and a maximum number of users that can share a GSM minutes bundle.
- GSM enabled YouPoC handsets and data only YouPoC handsets can be added to the fleet over time. Should you reach a point where you require more GSM enabled users than are permitted in your current bundle, an additional GSM bundle can be ordered.
- There is no limit to the number of data only YouPoC handsets that can be in your fleet.
Call, Text and Data Costs
- Text bundles are handset specific. Additional SMS charged@10p; picture messages @30.6p
- Out of Bundle: Calls to Vodafone mobiles 10ppm, other networks 30p p/m, National numbers 10p p/m, Minimum call charge 3p.
- UK international calls @ 12p p/m to Europe/North America, 30p p/m to rest of World
- Roamed Calls @ Yes Telecom Vodafone World Rates. (contact Yes Telecom for details)
- Passport inclusive: 64p connection charge for calls made or received in Europe, 75p outside Europe (includes calls between business mobiles). Each call comes out of any inclusive minutes.
- Video calls @ 29.7p p/m (preferred) and 46.8p p/m (other networks).
- MMS are not inclusive in added value bundles & are charged at standard rates as published.
- Charges vary depending on country and roam network. Additional Charges may apply.
- Out of bundle data usage on Standard 500MB charged at £0.60/MB
- International Data usage charged at £4.25/MB when roaming abroad. For the purposes of calculating rates: 1MB of data typically equates to around 13 mins of transmit/receive time on the YouPoC Push To Talk service.
