Radio System FREE Health check – Your Maximon team have extensive experience in two way radio systems and are always on hand to offer good advice. Through the spring we are offering site surveys to our clients to assist in rectifying any system problems. So if you are experiencing coverage difficulties, interference or are simply tired of reports from staff on poor quality radio communications then make a call and we will be only too pleased to assist.

Battery maintenance – Simple facts to assist you in getting the best out of your batteries and prolonging their life.

When the batteries are new give them a full overnight conditioning charge to set them up.

Don’t leave batteries charging constantly.

Try to run them down fully once a week – it’s better to do this even if you need to have a complement of spare batteries.

Batteries will not charge properly if they are too cold or hot – room temperature is ideal.

Have them regularly conditioned or consider your own conditioner if you have a reasonable number.

Batteries should be treated as hazardous waste and must be disposed of properly – we offer a service for this.

Remember we have banks of Cadex analysers in our workshops which will analyse your batteries and in our experience 50% of these can be repaired and returned to a good useable state.

Vehicle or Asset Tracking - No longer expensive, very simple to setup and you would be amazed how much it can save in fuel, time, safety etc. If you only have one or two vehicles it’s still worth it.
