Recently we were contacted by a large factory who needed radio communications between their work stations, wired communication was impractical. Previously they had been using handsets but these were being taken home after shifts and not being charged, leaving gaps in their coverage and generally no confidence in their system.

To solve this we have designed a PMR446 work station solution powered by mains to provide a loud caller alarm. These are mounted at each workstation where uninterrupted communication is essential. Our solution works inline with their existing radio equipment and increases safety and efficiency for years to come.
