Our delivery agreement:
If you order from our stock* before 15:00 then our incredibly efficient despatch department will be capable of providing next day delivery for your product.

Our returns policy:
Return of goods :
We operate a “no-quibbles” guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us complete in its original condition with it original packaging and instructions within 14 days from date of invoice. We will then offer either an exchange or refund. All items must be returned using Royal Mail recorded, special Delivery or a recognised courier services that requires a signature for the delivery.
If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please see contact details below for advice.
Maximon Solutions Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of return items.
If the items are either faulty or damaged please return them to our returns team at the address below quoting the invoice document number and they will arrange for a replacements to be sent:

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Right to Cancel
In addition to the above, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. We regret that this cannot apply where sealed audio and video recordings or software products have been unsealed.
