The Entel DT522 Intrinsically Safe digital radio is a reliable, durable, and feature-rich device designed to provide safe and effective communication in hazardous industrial environments, built without compromise.

This IECEx-certified portable delivers exceptionally loud and clear audio, essential for high ambient noise environments.

Designed to meet users’ safety and business-critical needs, the display and non-display models are versatile and feature-rich so that they can be configured for simple or advanced systems.

The DT522 is a high power VHF, Non-EU, Non-display IECEx IIA two-way radio. The UHF version of this radio is the Entel DT582.

IECEx Approval – The DT500 series of Intrinsically Safe certified portables are suitable for users outside Europe who do not need to comply with the European ATEX standard.
