The Icom IC-F1100DS is a compact, VHF portable digital two-way radio designed to provide convenient features and intelligent emergency functions. Housed in a slim, rugged, waterproof, and dustproof chassis, this radio is built to withstand tough environments. A high-power handling capacity speaker and acoustic improvements provide class-leading (1500 mW) loud and clear audio.

The IC-F1100DS is a simple key-pad radio with LCD screen allowing for additional programmed functionality over its non-display version.

The alternative models of this radio are: non-display (IC-F1100D) and full ten-keypad with LCD (IC-F1100DT). The UHF version of this radio is the IC-F2100DS.
